My Story

I entered the gym for the first time when I was 16, shortly after losing my brother. Our oldest brother introduced me thinking it would be a great way to bond. Year after year we slowly started taking it more seriously, watching videos, reading books, asking questions to people who have been doing it far longer. 3 years later, I would lose him as well and was now left to myself, thinking I would never step foot in a gym again.

After 6 months or so, I decided the standard therapy route wasn't working for me and I did what any teenager would do and I took the money my parents gave me for therapy and got myself a gym membership. I knew it was the only place that I could be myself.

I let the gym consume me; I was going everyday. I kept the original mentality of just wanting to learn everything I can about the fitness and health industry. I became such a regular there it started making me realize I wasn't alone anymore.

Fast forward a couple years, one of the employees at the gym asked if I ever thought of being a trainer. I remember giving him the biggest eye roll and saying "no one is going to listen to me", but he kept pushing it. So I said what the heck lets see what happens and that was the first time I cashed in on myself. Within a week I was handed my first pair of clients and I'll never forget the first thing I said to them, " I am brand new to this and i've never worked with anyone before, but I will do everything I can to get you the best results". After that first session it was the biggest rush I have ever felt and I wanted more.

Working in a commercial gym creates an immense amount of competition with production and even other trainers. This just fueled my fire and I wanted to make a name for myself. Over the course of 7 years I trained over 28,000 sessions. I was in the top of sales year after year, but what made me different was my average retention rate of 48 months (2 years). No one was even close to that, it was tribute to my obsession with wellness and wellbeing that drove me to give my clients the best experience possible.

When 2020 hit and the world shut down I lost the gym but I still had clients asking me if I could help them, so I went to the drawing board and told them to give me a little time to see how I can help them. Once again, I cashed in on myself and decided to lease a studio and create my own place for my clients. I cashed out my 401k, I drained my savings but I created myself a business while the world was standing still.

I kept that same mentality and drive that brought me success in a commercial setting, into a more private intimate environment. After 5 years I have trained over 30,000 session and still maintained a retention of 40 plus months. Day in a day out I show up with the same high energy and positivity allowing me to give my clients the best experience and results possible.

Let me be your doorway into a better version of yourself.
